Our Guidelines

We understand your concerns, so we have outdone ourselves in preparing our business for you! The safety of our staff and our customers is essential to us!

To Prepare for our reopening, we have deep cleaned our entire salon, place stations 6ft apart, cleaned and disinfected all surfaces and implements, laundered all capes and towels, removed any non essential items throughout the salon, acquired the appropriate personal protective equipment to be used when necessary, and re-trained our staff on essential infection control and hygiene practices. Below are NEW GUIDELINES and what you can expect when arriving back to our salon.

Booking appointments:

  • NO WALK INS - We are not taking any walk-ins and are booking by APPOINTMENT ONLY during this time.
  • We will NOT be double booking or squeezing any appointments at this time.
  • If you or any member of your family is sick, STAY HOME! We will NOT service you. You will need to Reschedule for another day, no exceptions.
  • Come alone to your appointment, unless you must be a accompanied by a caregiver.

UPON ARRIVAL, please wait in your car and call us at 512-757-8766 to check in. We ask you to wait in your car until we text or call you to come inside for your appointment. This helps us maintain proper social distancing rules, as well as giving your stylist time to get their stations ready for you.

Please use hand sanitizer at our front desk immediately upon arrival.

⭐️There will be a short consent form sent via text the day before your appointment, that MUST be signed BEFORE having your service. If you choose not to sign, we can NOT service you at this time.

  • Once seated with your stylist, (while your color is processing) your stylist will come over to you to update all of your current contact information with us. We will also prepare you for our no-contact checkout, get any retail that you would like to purchase bagged and ready for you to take home, and book your future appointments with us.
  • Per Guidelines, our staff will wear a facial covering while servicing you.
  • All Guests will have to wear a facial covering at all times in our salon. So please bring your own with you to your appointment.

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU & OUR SPACE SAFE:

We will have hand sanitizer readily available to use at multiple areas throughout our salon.
No self-serve beverages
No magazines will be available.
No candy bowl or food products until further notice.

WE ARE DISINFECTING HIGH TOUCH AREAS EVERY 15-30 MINUTES:

  • Front Door Handles
  • Light Switches
  • Front Desk
  • Keyboards
  • Credit Card Terminals
  • Bathroom, Door Handles, Toilet Handle, Soap Dispenser, and Faucet

WE ARE DISINFECTING BETWEEN EACH CLIENT:

Thoroughly washing hands.
Completely wiping down station/chairs/counters/carts.
Shampoo Bowls/chairs/handles/backbar area.
All implements and tools per State board Guidelines.
Using a clean towels and cape for every client.
Wearing clean gloves and facial coverings as required.
